torafu architects: koloro desk and stool

the 'koloro - desk' is a workstation which has three flip-out windows on each of its vertical sides, along with a 'skylight',
making the unit feel more open and accessible when desired. in this manner, the openings double-function as shevles
for displaying small objects. alternatively, the windows may be easily closed to create a small private area where no one can
interrupt your thoughts while you are working away (or sleeping!). designed by japanese firm
torafu architects for japanese brand ichiro,
the bureau offers space for lighting, flora, hooks for bags and a cord manager for computer use. the accompanying 'koloro - stool'
is shaped like a vaulting horse and has a removable seat so that one may keep toys and other items inside
.
